as for ancient greek or ancient roman, sure certain things are different, the nose on the right does look more greek/german than italian but you must realize Indo-Europeans were mixing with each other since the migration to eastern europe. Basically, both germans and italians and greeks are partially mixed with one another to a certain level. That's why all three can have blond guys looking almost identical, well.. at least in Northern Italy/Germany.
